Mason earned a bachelors degree in theology from Luther Rice Seminary in Lithonia, Georgia. Having done some ministry work, Mason was fortunate enough to also have been able to serve as a volunteer on the M.V. Caribbean Mercy with the Mercy Ships organization.
In addition to having done some ministry work, Mason's background has been in building construction; remodeling; and repair. Specifically hotel remodeling with his father, sliding glass door repair, window and door installations, as well as hurricane protection installations. His scope of understanding in home construction can come in very handy when assisting buyers in evaluating homes for purchase or necessary home remedies to list and sell.
Mason also worked as a real estate appraiser trainee for nearly two years in Florida with 150 commercial and residential appraisals completed. Although he does not practice, nor is he still licensed to do appraisals he can assist in finding good starting points to sell or purchase a given property.
All of these building blocks of education, certification, construction, valuation, and successful practice in the field of real estate is then coupled with technological savvy. Mason is not moving into the future of the high-tech real estate tools because he has to, he does it because he loves it. Julia earned a bachelors degree in music from Louisiana Tech University. She has also tutored flute on a collegiate level and enjoys being a part of the praise team at church. In music she learned the value in a team working together.
Julia's work history is focused in the field of medicine. She earned a license and worked as a Registered Nurse. As a nurse she learned to care for people as well as the value in good policies and procedures.
Julia's unique work history and natural talents enables her to excel in what real estate hopefully turns into: proper contract generation, execution, and adequate documentation. In addition to all of this people love working with her because of her no-pressure style of real estate.
